Mainly used for normalizing, annealing and quenching of valves and metal components. The furnace skeleton is welded from various types of steel. The bottom plate and the front and rear plates use the middle plate.
Transmission part: The transmission of the trolley adopts a motor and a reducer to drive a group of front-end driving wheels through a chain. Furnace door transmission is a combination of worm gear reducer and electric motor.
Tilt mechanism: The dual-cylinder simultaneous action lifts the superstructure of the trolley, tilts it at a 45-degree angle, and pours the workpiece into the quenching pool for rapid quenching.
Sealing: The labyrinth structure of the trolley and the furnace body is sealed, and there is an automatic sand sealing knife sealing device on the side of the trolley. The furnace door is sealed with a roller-type compaction and a spring-loaded automatic mechanism. The furnace body part is made of high-quality refractory brick structure to ensure the tightness of the furnace. High-aluminum bricks are used for the pressure-resistant part of the trolley, and thermal insulation bricks are added to the lower part for thermal insulation.
Combustion system: Install several burner nozzles on both sides of the oil furnace, and the heat flow reciprocates in the furnace to ensure the furnace temperature uniformity. Can choose automatic type and semi-automatic type according to need.
Smoke exhaust preheating device: a smoke exhaust preheating device is installed at the upper end of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is sent to the cold air by the fan for preheating, and then it is sent to the burner nozzle for combustion by the pipeline. Install a manual disc valve at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
