2. Use composite refractory prefabricated parts with high-density fiber modules to design the furnace door structure: refractory prefabricated parts can be designed with multiple seals to ensure the tightness of the furnace door; refractory materials have better temperature resistance than traditional cast iron plates and other materials. The service life is several times longer. The multi-channel seal makes the fiber module less stressed. It can also design a variety of material sealing materials. The temperature-resistant seal and the support seal are separated with different materials to ensure that the door fiber does not deform for many years of use. No need to replace.
3. The furnace bottom is prefabricated with high-temperature wear-resistant castable and sintered, and then installed, which is better than traditional high-alumina brick laying or integrally cast furnace bottom in terms of wear resistance, toughness and thermal shock resistance. The temperature of the forging furnace is not high, ordinary casting materials cannot be fully sintered, the strength cannot be obtained, and the wear resistance is naturally poor; the temperature is not high, and the material cannot be converted into the mullite phase. The thermal shock resistance will not be good. After high temperature sintering, this problem is changed, and the effect of wear resistance and thermal shock is very good.
