The furnace door is sealed with a roller-type compaction and a spring-compacted automatic mechanism. The furnace body part adopts high-quality new energy-saving material structure to ensure the tightness of the furnace chamber. In the pressure-resistant part of the trolley, high alumina bricks, castables and insulation materials are used.
Combustion system: The burner nozzle is installed according to the furnace design to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature. According to the needs of users, full-automatic and semi-automatic can be selected.
Smoke exhaust preheating device: a smoke exhaust preheating device is installed behind or on the top of the furnace. When the flue gas in the furnace passes through the preheater, it is sent to the cold wind by the fan for preheating, and then sent to the burner nozzle to assist combustion An automatic disc valve is installed at the outlet, which can adjust the pressure in the furnace.
