The furnace shell is welded and formed with steel. The shaft is built with 0.6g / cm2 ultra-lightweight energy-saving refractory bricks. The load-bearing parts and the collision-prone parts are built with heavy refractory bricks. Adhesive) to enhance the structural strength of the furnace lining. The heat preservation layer adopts heat preservation materials such as aluminum silicate refractory fiber and asbestos board to improve the heat preservation performance of the furnace body and reduce the temperature rise on the surface of the furnace side.
The heating element is made of 0C25AL5 alloy wire, wound into a spiral shape, and placed on the stove wire bricks around the hearth, and fixed with a custom socket rack brick to prevent it from coming out. The furnace of RJ2-40-6 electric furnace is relatively shallow, and the heating element is arranged in one zone.
The furnace cover shell is also welded with steel, and the inner wall is made of 1Cr18Ni9 heat-resistant steel, which has a long service life. The inner lining of the furnace cover is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber for heat insulation and heat insulation, which can improve the insulation performance of the furnace cover and reduce the weight of the furnace cover. The sealing of the furnace cover and the furnace body adopts a plug-in structure. The sealing material is aluminum silicate refractory fiber or clean dry river sand to prevent heat emission.
The opening and closing of the furnace cover adopts two structures according to different types of electric furnaces:
1. RJ2-40-6 electric furnace uses a lever mechanism because the furnace cover is lighter. When you need to open the furnace cover, press the handle down, the furnace cover will rise, get out of the sealing groove, and then move the handle to the side. When the lid needs to be closed, the opposite is true.
In order to ensure the uniformity of the furnace temperature, the electric furnace is provided with a ventilator device and an air guiding mechanism. The fan device is installed on the furnace cover, and the fan and fan shaft are made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel, which has a long service life. The air duct is also made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel, which can be used as an air duct or as a charging basket. The air deflector is placed in the center of the furnace, and the lower part has a charging basket seat. The fan is a centrifugal type. When the fan rotates at a high speed, the wind blows out from the fan, blows to the heating element along the windshield, and then blows through the workpiece from the lower part of the air guide tube, and then sucks into the fan from the air guide under the fan, and then blows out ... …. This reciprocating cycle makes the workpiece evenly heated.
In order to prevent the charging basket (air duct) from entering and exiting the furnace, the heating element and the furnace body are collided. A protective basket is provided in the furnace. The protective basket is also made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti heat-resistant steel.
The electric furnace is provided with a chain control device. When the furnace cover is opened slightly, the power of the ventilator device and the heating element is automatically cut off; when the furnace cover is closed in place, the power of the ventilation device and the heating element is automatically restored. Prevents malfunctions and accidents due to misoperation.

After the furnace is qualified for delivery and commissioned, it enters the warranty period, which is 12 months. Regardless of the warranty period or after the warranty period, if the furnace fails, we promise to send someone to the site for processing within 36 hours after receiving the notification.
Failures caused by our cause during the warranty period, we perform unconditional repairs and replacements. For failures caused by other reasons, we carry out paid repairs at a cost.
