It can load the workpieces at the bottom of the furnace, or vertical hoisting and hanging at the furnace mouth. The furnace body of the pit furnace is an energy-saving structure and has different furnace masonry installation methods. There are WDS composite furnace insulation using a combination of ultra-lightweight energy-saving bricks and high-purity aluminum silicate fiber insulation, as well as a full-fiber furnace lining insulation structure. Can be used for high temperature quenching, annealing, normalizing, heating and other heat treatment, can also be used for low temperature tempering, aging and other heat treatment applications. Mainly for alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shafts, pipes and other metal materials and mechanical parts in normal atmosphere or simple protection for normalizing, annealing, quenching, tempering heat treatment, vertical placement or hanging Small deformation of the workpiece

Three. Working method of well furnace:

Pit furnaces are generally installed in foundation pits, and it is more convenient to use cranes and cranes to load and unload workpieces. Due to the different design, a loading frame can be made, and the workpiece is placed in the material and directly placed on the bottom of the furnace for heating. In addition, a well-type furnace with an enhanced load-bearing design can be manufactured and heated by a vertical hanging tool by lifting and hanging tools. The furnace cover of the pit furnace is generally driven by a motor reducer, which is automatically lifted by electric power. After the furnace lid is closed, it is automatically compressed and sealed, and then the temperature control system performs the heat treatment process automatically. After the heat treatment, it can be cooled with the furnace or suspended from the air.

Classification of Pit Furnace:

1. Pit furnace is divided into three different types of electric heating, oil heating and gas heating by different heating methods. They are well-type resistance furnace, oil-fired well, and gas-fired well.

2. Pit furnace is divided into 1200 ℃ high temperature pit furnace, 950 ℃ medium temperature pit furnace and 650 ℃ low temperature pit furnace by different heat treatment temperatures.

3. Pit-type furnaces are divided into two types according to the structure of the hearth: a composite furnace lined-well furnace built of a combination of lightweight bricks and insulation fibers;

4. Pit-type furnaces can be divided into: Pit-type quenching furnaces, Pit-type annealing furnaces, Pit-type tempering furnaces, etc. according to different quenching, annealing, and tempering heat treatment applications.
