RJ2 series high-temperature pit furnace is a national standard energy-saving cycle operation pit furnace. The highest temperature is 1200 ℃ and the working temperature is 750-1200 ℃. It is mainly used for alloy steel, high speed steel, high manganese steel, high chromium steel, shafts, pipes, etc Metal materials and mechanical parts are used for normalizing, annealing, and quenching heat treatment in general atmosphere or simple protection. Power 15-4900KW; furnace diameter φ300mm-φ11m, maximum depth can reach 48 meters.
RJ2 series high temperature pit furnace structure, the shell is made of steel plate and section steel, and the cylindrical furnace body is sealed by welding. The furnace lining is made of ultra-lightweight energy-saving vacuum ball refractory bricks. The furnace lining and the furnace shell are sandwiched with acid aluminum fiber cotton for insulation, and the gap is filled with expanded thermal insulation powder. 0Cr27Al7Mo2 high-resistance alloy wire is used for the resistance wire to be spirally installed on the wire resting brick in the furnace. The furnace cover is lifted manually or electrically. If the user requests the need for atmospheric protection to reduce the oxidation of the workpiece, a stainless steel three-head oil injector can be installed on the furnace cover, and methanol or kerosene is dripped to generate a simple protective atmosphere. A nitrogen gas inlet pipe is installed in the lower part of the furnace and can be accessed Nitrogen protects or flushes flammable gases to prevent explosions. In order to ensure the safety of operation, a limit switch is installed near the lifting mechanism. This switch is interlocked with the power supply of the high temperature well furnace control cabinet. When the furnace cover is opened, the limit switch cuts off the control power, so the power of the heating element is cut off at the same time to ensure safe operation. The high temperature well furnace is equipped with an automatic temperature control cabinet and a thermocouple when it leaves the factory.
