Structure introduction:

The structure of the electric furnace is composed of a furnace body, a heating device and a control system.

The frame of the furnace shell is welded with profiled steel. The inner and outer walls are made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates with a small thermal deformation coefficient. The lining is made of aluminosilicate refractory fiber needle-punched cotton as heat insulation and insulation material, which reduces the temperature rise of the furnace wall.
