Electric heating roaster uses electricity as energy source. It is mainly composed of the main body of the roaster, the electric heating system, the holding furnace, and the automatic control system. In addition to the conventional rotary-cylinder roasting furnaces developed by our company, there are also special-type roasting furnaces for special materials such as vacuum type, positive pressure type, and double cone rotary type.
The gas-fired roaster is mainly composed of the main body of the roaster, the combustion device, the heat preservation furnace, the ventilation and exhaust device, and the automatic control system. Combustible gases such as natural gas, water gas and liquefied petroleum gas are used as fuels, which have sufficient combustion and high thermal efficiency. At the same time, the combustion process is easy to control, and the solid and liquid fuels have less pollution to the environment.
