Introduction to the main structure
This series of complete equipment is composed of furnace shell (including car shell), furnace lining (including car lining and furnace floor), trolley travel system, furnace door and its lifting mechanism, heating elements, hot air circulation system and electric control system.
The furnace body structure is an outer frame structure, and the shell structure is assembled and welded by section steel (channel steel) and steel plate. This structure has the advantages of firmness and reliability, beautiful appearance, and non-deformation during long-term high-temperature use. In order to facilitate the furnace temperature uniformity detection, a detection hole is provided at the rear of the furnace body to facilitate the detection of a thermocouple that penetrates into the furnace for installation. The hole is opened when in use and closed during normal work to prevent the temperature in the furnace from affecting the uniformity of the furnace temperature.
Furnace lining production adopts the most advanced structure in the world --- all-fiber furnace lining. The side wall, top, door and back wall of the furnace body are all made of fiber. The joint between the lower part of the furnace body and the trolley is made of heavy high-alumina refractory bricks, which can effectively prevent impact. The fibers are pre-made into modules before installation, and heat-resistant steel anchors are placed inside the modules in advance. During installation, the heat-resistant steel bolts are regularly welded on the furnace wall. When building, the prefabricated fiber module is locked with a nut. The pre-compressed module has a compression of up to 30%, and the staggered masonry method is used during the masonry. After the installation is completed, the expansion force of the module is used to form a dense whole without the through gap. The insulation performance of the furnace lining can be improved. 20%. The heating element can be arranged around the furnace. The masonry at the top of the furnace is also a full-fiber structure, and the construction method of the fiber module is the same as that of the surroundings. Because the module is produced by a mechanized assembly line, all fiber modules have the same size, so after the installation is completed, it is slightly shaped, and the appearance is flat and beautiful.
Hot air circulation system: In order to enhance the convective heat transfer in the furnace and eliminate the blind heat flow zones on the four corners of the furnace, when multi-point temperature measurement is reached, the temperature difference in the furnace is ≤ ± 5 ℃. A set of hot air circulation systems are installed at the top of the two zones in the furnace. In addition, the air ducts are set in zones, and the front and back air ducts are circulated separately. The hot air in the furnace is sucked in by the high-pressure centrifugal fans. After being heated along the left and right air ducts, it is heated by the heating belt and then flows to the workpiece again. Stir and evenly fill every corner of the furnace to promote uniform temperature in the furnace. The material of the air blade and air duct is 1Cr18Ni9Ti and the thickness is ≥3.0mm. The material of the fan shaft of this product is 310S (can be used for a long time at 1150 ° C, does not oxidize and has a stable high temperature strength). The imported bearings are imported self-aligning bearings, which run smoothly, with low noise and low failure rate. The blade material is the same as the fan shaft.
