Way of working:
Well vacuum annealing furnace series products use pre-vacuum atmosphere protection mode. During operation, the furnace is evacuated to a vacuum degree, and the furnace is filled with high-purity nitrogen or ammonia decomposition atmosphere for protective heating, so as to achieve less non-oxidative heating, no Decarburizing bright purpose. Due to the use of the stirring fan, the furnace has a high uniformity of the furnace temperature. Used in mechanical parts, silicon steel sheets, copper, copper, wire and other non-oxidative bright annealing.
Structure and configuration:
The structure of the electric furnace is mainly composed of a furnace body, a furnace gland, a furnace cover, a vacuum pumping device and a temperature control system.
The furnace shell is welded by section steel and steel plate. The furnace is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber module and high-quality aluminum foam brick.
The corrugated ribbon heating element is fixed on the furnace lining cotton by high aluminum porcelain nails.
Inside the furnace, there is a furnace bladder made of heat-resistant plates tightly welded, and the workpiece to be processed is placed in the furnace bladder.
A ventilator is installed on the furnace cover to force air circulation to make the temperature and gas in the furnace uniform.
The furnace cover is sealedly connected to the furnace gland flange, and a vacuum device is connected to the furnace cover.
The vacuum annealing furnace generally adopts the shape of a well-type furnace shell, and is made of section steel and steel plate assembly welding. The furnace lining is made of structural brick-mixed fiber composite furnace lining or all-fiber insulation structure according to different technical requirements, which is highly energy-saving and energy-saving. The furnace tank is made of high-temperature-resistant stainless steel plate by automatic tight welding. The vacuum annealing furnace panel is equipped with a vacuum extraction interface, a protective atmosphere interface, and a vacuum pressure gauge. In order to meet the high-precision heat treatment requirements of military industry and aerospace, the vacuum annealing furnace is divided into multi-zone temperature control, multiple microcomputers independently and automatically control the temperature, automatically display the measured furnace temperature, calculate the temperature slope temperature and set value, overtemperature alarm and Process curve record, temperature control accuracy is 1 ℃. The temperature control system adopts PID programmable control, with functions such as over-temperature alarm and fault self-diagnosis.
